Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Velocidial (the "Service"), operated by Edge Point Strategies LLC("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state telemarketing laws, Do-Not-Call rules, and carrier requirements. You will not use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or unsolicited communications.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method until you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (including Twilio for telephony). Your use of those providers is subject to their own terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, branding, and content provided by us, is owned by Edge Point Strategies LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you upload.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, call delivery, or carrier reputation outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edge Point Strategies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding the fees paid by you to us in the prior twelve (12) months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or abusive use of the Service. You may cancel at any time from your account.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
