Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and usage charges for Velocidial, operated by Edge Point Strategies LLC.
1. Merchant of Record
Payments for Velocidial are processed by our reseller Paddle.com Market Limited, the Merchant of Record for all orders. Refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with this policy and Paddle's Buyer Refund Policy.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription fees. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund of your subscription payment within thirty (30) days of the charge. Subscription fees outside this window may also be refunded at Paddle's or our discretion based on the circumstances.
3. Usage-Based Charges
Charges for telephony usage (calls, SMS, number provisioning, carrier fees) are generally non-refundable once incurred, as they are passed through to upstream carriers. If you believe a usage charge is in error, contact us and we will work with Paddle to resolve it.
4. Add-ons and One-Time Purchases
Phone number purchases, add-on credits, and one-time services are covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee where the item has not been substantially used or consumed.
5. Service Issues
If you experience a verified service outage or billing error, contact us and we will issue an account credit or work with Paddle to issue a refund.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or email us at billing@velocidial.com and we will coordinate with Paddle. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
