Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and usage charges for Velocidial, operated by Edge Point Strategies LLC.

1. Subscription Fees

Monthly and annual subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (New Accounts)

If you are a new customer and are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within seven (7) days of the initial charge by emailing billing@velocidial.com. This guarantee applies once per customer and excludes usage-based charges.

3. Usage-Based Charges

Charges for telephony usage (calls, SMS, number provisioning, carrier fees) are non-refundable once incurred, as they are passed through to upstream carriers.

4. Add-ons and One-Time Purchases

Phone number purchases, add-on credits, and one-time services are non-refundable once delivered or activated.

5. Service Issues

If you experience a verified service outage or billing error, contact us and we will issue an account credit or refund at our discretion.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@velocidial.comwith your account email and the charge in question. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
